One way to look at this step is that maybe you notice that life is not going the way you would like. Perhaps you feel like you are holding yourself back and possibly second-guessing yourself? Or you are feeling anxious and or stressed out. The day-to-day tasks seem more challenging.
Well, I understand this way of thinking, for that was me! Yes, that is correct; I tried to manage as much as possible and did not get a lot done. I was very stressed out, and my health was taking a massive hit for it. At the time, I didn’t realize how anxious I was and that parts of me were overwhelmed, stuck, and living in a fearful mindset.
